Security Officer Qualifications:

At least 18 years old

Physically able to perform assigned duties

United States citizen

Mentally and emotionally stable

Possess a high school diploma or GED

Reliable and dependable

Clean criminal record

Practice alertness, good judgment and self-control

Safe driving record

Successfully resolve problems and issues

No dishonorable discharge

Place high priority on safety and security

Good moral character

Abstain from substance abuse

Professional appearance

Abstain from excessive gambling

Positive and confident attitude

Possess a valid driver’s license

Good written and oral communication skills

Own a telephone or cell phone

Ability to work on short notice, holidays and weekends

Have reliable transportation

Understand and perform verbal/written instructions
